« We had a great week here as a family of four. The place was spotless and ready for us to settle right in. The lighted path to the water was pure magic. And our kiddos loved the swing set in between beach adventures. There was no shortage of inspirational signs to remind us we were living our best “life at the lake.” All in all, it was a cozy and comfortable home base for our South Shore adventures. »

« Cute vintage place had everything we needed and then some during our extended weekend we went to 13 waterfalls 2 beaches 2 lighthouses 1 casino all withing a few minutes or a couple hours from there!!! One complaint maybe a new toaster .... maybe otherwise highly recommend will come back !!!! »

« If you are looking for the perfect location in the Atlantic Mine/Houghton area we 100% recommend this property! Close proximity to Michigan Tech, trails, fishing, etc. Cabin was beautiful, clean, has everything you need for your stay (minus food, lol!), the property has fantastic trails for hiking, wildlife, and kayaks, paddle boards and canoe available, a small beach and great atmosphere. Will definitely book here again!!! There are multiple cabins available along with a dining hall type...

« This was the perfect location for exploring the U.P....you can go in almost any direction and find something to explore. The house was perfect for 5 adults. It got a little hot inside if you are there during the day but there was always a nice breeze outside. I would stay again! »

« We were in the area looking at properties for sale and these cabins are priced right and were exactly what we needed for our trip. Communication with the owner was top-notch. She is extremely friendly and wants you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. If our offer is accepted on one of the properties then we will be back in the area and will definitely stay at these cabins again. And next time we will use the sauna! »

« The house was incredibly clean and we were able to just walk straight in and get settled which was terrific after a very long drive. The kitchen had all the basics and even an assortment of spices and other staples which isn't always the case. The aesthetic was relaxing and well done without feeling cluttered or like we had to worry about the kids knocking something over. Check-out was as easy as check-in; nothing complicated.
