« Hotel was great. Staff was excellent - we enjoyed our stay there. Only thing we did not like was that the hotel is located in a dark neighbourhood with not much to do around. »

When I turned on the bathroom light, cockroaches scattered across the floor. To make matters worse, the main light didn’t work, the comforter had disgusting brown/maroon stains, and the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. « They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good. »
