'The property was very clean and well maintained and the service was excellent as well. But the hotel took advantage of the Syracuse University event to charge an outrageous $600/ night price for the room compared I have some yeah'

'Alles gewoon prima'

'Friendly staff and a very clean hotel and rooms. Great location, less than 10 minutes from Destiny mall. Would stay there again anytime.'

'Never cleaned the room in 4 days, and got double billed. Have to wait and see if it is corrected. Hotel staff friendly. Limited breakfast. Too expensive for what you get.'

'Quaint hotel, clean room with fridge & microwave. Our room was in great condition, clearly renovated in the past year or so. The bathroom was nice too. Nothing that stands out, but it was in good condition, clean and with plenty of hot water. The bottled water, fresh fruits and snacks were a nice and welcomed touch. Coffee & mini muffins are available at reception every morning too.'

'Front desk staff friendly, nice location, quiet'

'The hotel had an unsettling smell. Our room smelled like a dirty mop & the bathroom had mold. It was very loud. Lots of banging around at 2&3am. Noise outside the hotel. Woke up to trash spewed all over. The bed was inches off the floor & the mattress was uneven my side of the bed was caved in. I’ll never stay there again.'

'Staff was great!'

'Very clean room. Helpful staff. Convenient location.'

'Well situated in Armory Square and the staff is terrific. Very friendly and helpful. The area has museums, restaurants, coffee shops, etc all within walking was distance. Breakfast buffet was decent'
