'Our bathroom wasn’t clean. Used cotton swabs behind the trash can. Hair all over the tub. Pool under construction. Counter lady was nice and helpful when I told her my issues. She said the manager would give me additional points on my account however I have not seen any.'

'none of the pictures on this site is real or accurate. they are air brush or straight up a different hotel! room was dirty, hair in the fridge, sheets dirty, the bathroom had goo coming out the walls, ripped carpet and the windows would not lock, not safe at all. we cancelled our and left! '
