Hotels in de buurt van Old Lighthouse (Puerto Galera)

'Nice quiet place, Lovely friendly staff , nice food.'

'Stayed at Verde View for 8 days. Over the years, I have stayed in many places in Puerto Gallera and Sabang but this is by far the best.In one word: perfect. Owner and staff are great and will get you anything you need. Hard to pick the best thing of this resort but I guess it is the breathtaking view and quietness of the place. Rooms are very very nice and the bed is of 5star hotel quality (important if you come for rest). It may be a bit far from Sabang (5 min by motorised or 15 minutes walk)...

'In my opinion, best dive resort in Sanang by far. The staff is absolutely fabulous. While the rooms are basic standard rooms, there is good A/C. The restaurant, coffee shop, bar, staff and hotel amenities is where this property really shines!!'

'Nice rooms with good beds and a nice shower. The jacouzi was difficult to fill with warm water, but to be fair, we just wanted to test because it was there. The restaurant serves great food and the swimming pool area is a nice little oasis. Defenitely recommend a stay here.'

'The staff was truly amazing. The scenery and the environment was also truly amazing.'

'It’s a great family atmosphere here. The staff are amazing. We ate here a few times too and was very happy with the food, especially the fresh fish. We found it a bit noisy at times. This is the only hotel with back up generators if the power goes down. Loved the staff here. Very helpful.'

'goed'

'Very nice price close to a lot of places to eat'

'Worst place ever. Stay away, Dirty , no spa, not on beach. Elevator dont work , no hot water, AC dont work. You go to be a mountain goat to get to your room.'

'Ocean was not visible from room. Only window had bars over it and was one foot away from a wall. No TV. No amenities at all. Bed was rock solid. Pillows were rock solid. Room was tiny. No bidet in the bathroom. The room was very, very basic. Prison cell like. Pretty bad value compared to a number of other hotels in Sabang that are in the same price range. '

'The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. '
