« Do not stay multiple nights, they do not do any housekeeping even after asking. Ran out of towels first night and always had to ask the front desk every day. Told us to dump the dirty towels in the hall. Full trash cans, had to ask the front desk for new bags and take care of our full trash bags. Shower had mold and there is no bath fan. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if you only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of a lot of stuff early. »

« Lobby layout was excellent - including a friendly bar area, nice eat in area for breakfast and dinner, indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub!!! Room was nice and clean and accessible. Definitely would stay here again if in the area. »

« The staff were extremely kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They also allowed us to check in a little early and one staff rode the elevator up with us to show us how to get to the room. Quite refreshing for us who are in our senior years and have not adapted so well to today's ever changing technology. I wll highly recommend to all my friends and family members! »

« We thought it had a continental breakfast and it doesn’t. The pool was under construction and no one told us that the pool was under construction or that you had to pay for your breakfast. »

« So I got a suite. Which in Clarksville is a bedroom and a living room, separated by a wall and door. Also comes with silverware, dishes, and dishwasher. Each room has its own air conditioner. »

« The front desk receptionist was nothing less than rude during the check in. The lighting throughout is dark and needs upgrading. Honestly, the whole things needs to be upgraded at this point and it needs an ultra cleaning. The room floor clearly hasn’t been mopped or cleaned in a while. There were visible spills throughout the room. There was also a hand towel with makeup still on it. »
