'They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. 'I stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making for a restful stay. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel you can’t go wrong with it!'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Clean room and ocean view'

'No hot water in their so called Spa villa and electricity shortcuts. Very loud and old AC. Bad food in the restaurant. Housekeeping came at 6pm. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Big construction around the hotel. Hotel manager was very apologizing and admitted their mistake in putting us in a villa that was not supposed to be rented. We've agreed on a partial refund that never got approved after we've checked out. Hotels.com were no help in solving this issue! '

'The hotel was quite okay, but in my opinion it’s not a beach resort since you have to walk a bit to reach the water, and the beach itself isn’t very nice. The room felt fairly worn down, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. If you want to stay by the sea, I recommend choosing a hotel a bit outside of Cebu or staying at Mangodlong Paradise Beach Resort on Camotes Island, which is beautifully located.
