'Ok the staff including everyone, hotel staff and security were AWESOME!! The pool was great and the cold vanilla lattes were spot on. There were a lot of water activities but we didn’t do any because we were too busy going on outings. The property needs a proper road, if you go here you’ll understand but by no means does it take away from the stay. Dinning in is not so good, menu is limited and breakfast was very limited and cold. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Great stay'

'It’s isolated but safe. Should turn on the water heater when confirmed check in and before guests gets in the room. Could use softer towels as it looks like the towels were hung dry instead of machine dry. The bathroom could use an exhaust system. The restaurant staff were awesome but meat could be more tender and less salty. Convenient store is a plus.'

'Crimson Spa & Resort is a great place to stay and enjoy some downtime. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained with a natural flora theme. The pool is clean and refreshing with a beautiful view of the ocean. AKA restaurant features traditional Japanese selections that are delicious and wonderfully plated, some of the best Japanese food I have had. 'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. So those were useless! The transportation,...

'Not clean enough in the rooms. Loads of trash near the restaurant (saw rats)'

'The room was clean with a view. The floor on shower gets flooded when you take shower as there is no gap to prevent water from going into the floor. My stay did not come with breakfast'
