'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. 'This is our second time staying here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We came here for our honeymoon. The resort is very well maintained. Every staff member was excellent. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels and resorts and this one is a notch above the rest. The staff are so kind and professional. We’ll be coming back again for many years to come everytime we visit Okinawa. We chose the premier room and the perks are such an added bonus. 10/10 stars!'

'Mooi hotel met weids uitzicht over de stad richting zee. Goede faciliteiten en goed ontbijt. Lopen naar de stad is wel een dingetje maar de bus stopt voor het hotel en in 5 min. in de stad. Door de aanwezigheid van een monorail kan je overal in de stad in en uit stappen.'
