'I was told I was getting an upgrade and ended up in a tiny room. I was travelling with others that had booked the same room that I had originally booked and their room was by far nice than my "upgrade". I don't think I will be staying here again.'

'My stay was short but enjoyable. Very clean and well organized and designed. The nigh staff were were amazing and very polite and very hospitable unlike the polar opposite of the day staff who I found to be unkind, rude , and judgmental. Not just one of them but , the front desk clerk, and her assistant , and joining in on the rudeness and lack of kindness was the manager.. They should all work on they're approach and not judging a book by its cover because if I had a business lead or...
