'We had a great stay! 5 min walk to the beach, very private. 45 min walk to Uvita and about an hour to the whale tail. Short drive to town. The place is close to the main road so there is some noise. The noise did not seem to bother the amazing animals we saw while sitting on the porch- monkey, toucans, birds. I would stay here again. '

'Great stay! The management team is exceptional! The house is pretty new and clean. Neighbor houses in the development are pretty close but most of the time we had little or no noise from neighbors. Strongly suggest 4x4 vehicle as the 15 minute drive up from the highway is steep and rough( typical for CR mountain houses). Daily macaw and toucan views from the house and frequent howler monkeys nearby. Definitely would return. Good value for the price. '

'Excellent new home, very reasonably priced, close to Uvita center and not difficult to reach from the main highway. Large, stylishly furnished, all new, huge pool, covered outdoor space, big kitchen, and nestled into the landscaped grounds and jungle perfectly. Beautiful. it's a no-brainer this one. Will be back. 'This place was beautiful, and the views were great. It was fun to grill poolside while overlooking the ocean. I would be a little hesitant to stay here with small children since the second bedroom/bathroom is not accessible from the main house. It would be a perfect spot for a family with older kids, two couples, or adults that want their own spaces. '
