'The villa was good, a lot of space and well equipped. Communication was completely via email, which is a bit anonymous. We didn’t have any problems, but I don’t know how it would have worked out only via email if there were one. Quite complicated to get transport for non Japanese people. '

'The property is a historic residence converted for hospitality. It's lovingly restored with modern facilities comfortable for westerners while still feeling like you're in historic Japan. The owners were amazing with coordination and really friendly. Would definitely go back and would stay longer next time!'

'The apartment was just recently renovated. Check-in is easy and flexible as you just need to call the staff ca. 15 minutes before. Don't forget to send a message via the booking system after booking/check-in as the staff will prepare the room accordingly. I would stay there again as it offers great value for money. It's calm yet just 5 minutes away from one of the biggest shopping malls in Takamatsu (^^)b'
