'Salongo and his team went above and beyond to make my family comfortable. Salongo helped me cross a flooded road which was really helpful after my taxi had failed to find another route to the hotel. The place is very nice and cozy for a relaxing stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. '

'Set near the top of Lubowa hill, Royal Victoria is quiet and very relaxing with a plant filled compound. The staff made me feel at home with daily chats on my needs (meals, etc). It's good value for money for a relaxing break.'
