'Cute, clean, and quiet. The only problem is how to locate the place. I called 20x and sent 5x WhatsApp messages but I didn't get a single answer or reply to any of the calls or messages days in advance and on the day of arrival. Even while at the hotel, still my calls would not be answered. The reception confirmed I had the right number but their boss or the owner had that phone/line and he barely answers the phone. No sign posts or proper directions to the place and no one to call for...

'I have had a very nice stay for the past 3 weeks in the Winford Boutique Hotel. The employees at the hotel were very kind and helpful. I felt at home and safe. Delicious local meals were prepared for me every day (for around GHS 20-30). The travel time by car outside the rush hour to the center (Accra) is 30-45 minutes. The travel time to the airport (Kotoka) is approximately 1 hour. I thank the whole team again for everything!'

'Prima hotel. Ontbijt is sober.

'Kate is the best waitres'

'Good'

'Very improved and professional reception. I was very pleased with the service and interaction with clients.'

'Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.'

'Good appartment, nice stay, very clean!'

'A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport...

'Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.'

'Was a nice place to stay'

'Clean….helpful staff….good breakfast'
