Had to pay for an extra day bc of lack of flexibility even though upon arrival it was quite evident most rooms were available. Never met or even saw a staff member while there. Needed help with wifi and only got a text message the next day asking if we wanted them to send out maintenance. Felt like we were an inconvenience booking their rental. Would definitely look...

« Great location. Unit is small but nicely decorated and bright. Hinge was loose or broken on kitchen cabinet, notified property manager who quickly replied that it would be fixed when we left. Toaster oven (there is no oven) is too small and insufficient to cook with, needs to be replaced with larger unit. WIFI worked fine in living room but dropped at times and weak in bedroom, needs boosting. Would stay again. »

« The a/c units had a lot of dust on the top where the air comes out. The pull out couch bed had food and old batteries under the mattress. The pull out couch and king bed were very uncomfortable. Around the bottom of toilet on the floor was very dirty. The room smelled very musty. The bathtub drain had something in it. You will need to bring your own blankets and pillows for the couch bed. The pool was amazing. »

"Nous avons passé une nuit fin juillet 2025 à The Anchorage Inn and Marina à Ocracoke, et ce fut une bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était assez spacieuse, propre et confortable, équipée de TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café et frigo, ce qui est toujours appréciable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du centre d’Ocracoke, avec une vue agréable sur le port et un accès facile aux restaurants et commerces du village. Parmi les services disponibles : parking gratuit, machine à glace, et une piscine (située de l’autre côté de la route, mais facile d’accès). Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner. En résumé, un établissement simple mais bien situé et fonctionnel, parfait pour une étape à Ocracoke. Nous le recommandons sans problème pour un court séjour sur l'île."
