Tower 7Volleyball, BBQs, Tables on the beach, Public Restrooms built recently built. , BH recently refurbished and (Sleeps 8 Comfortably)
The home is situated with a Master suite downstairs with NEW Queen 14" cool Memory bed with ensuite Full Shower with Moen w/ handheld. The Master has a Private Entrance for convenience/added privacy. Bedroom # 2 also downstairs has a queen Westin 16" Heavenly Pillow-top Mattress bed and Bath#2, Full bath ensuite, with Bathtub/shower Combination. Downstairs, Living Room closes and is private has NEW cozy Queen Sofa Sleeper w/ New 2021 Gel/Memory temper mattress, fireplace, flat screen TV. Door closes to make living room private.
Upstairs Family Room/ 3rd bedroom has 2 Qn. Sofa Sleepers both w/ Memory mattresses Upstairs has ensuite Bath #3 with shower/bath combo and Laundry Room for use during your stay.

**All guests agree to maintain Good Neighbor Noise Rules And guidelines while staying at the beach house per city of Oceanside And a copy is available in the front entry book. With Vacation Rental Agreement .
Guests are asked to please use hand sanitizers provided at both entrances and disinfecting soaps in all baths/kitchen for hand washing 🤗 Sanitizing cleaning products are also available at the house for your use during your stay.
