'Erg vriendelijke mevrouw aan de recrptie. De kamer bleek een klein appartementje te zijn. Heel ruim, met 2 grote tv schermen, 1 in de huiskamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. Er was een keukentje met alles erop en eraan, ook een kleine eettafel om aan te zitten. De slaapkamer was ook heel ruim. En alles was brandschoon. We vonden het jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven '

'Casa Bella is in a perfect location and so cozy! It is close to Pismo Beach Pier and a short drive to Cal Poly. The condo had everything we needed and comfortable. Safe location too. Elizabeth is a great host and quick at responding to messages. Thank you for an awesome graduation weekend!!'

'The view, the amenities, and the location are all perfect for a vacation spot in Avila. Close enough to town for a short walk, but far enough for a quite and peaceful stay. Open the windows, sit on the balcony and soak up the sound of the sea and the gentle breeze. It's light and bright and the kitchen is stocked perfectly! The host even left cookies and ice cream. 'Our stay was great. The property was exactly as described and perfect for a family enjoying the weekend in Avila. 'Wij hebben Pismo beach bezocht met twee gezinnen. Na een rondrit van twee weken was het goed bijkomen in het huis. Er was genoeg ruimte om even op je zelf te zitten of juist met zn allen een spelletje te doen aan tafel. Terras is heerlijk om te zitten. De muren houden de wind tegen. Het weer viel wat tegen waardoor we niet veel op het strand zijn geweest maar het is echt maar een klein stukje lopen. Bij de pier kun je zeeotters tegen komen of naar de surfers kijken. Wij hebben het naar ons zin...

'We are really glad to have stayed at this place! Our family of 13 found the condo to have everything that we needed. The condo is super clean inside and out, the rooms have plenty of sleeping space, everyone liked the two balconies with a good view of the ocean. The location is great, just 1/2 block from the beach and we didn't have to cross a street to get there. The 101 Freeway is nearby the noise is minimal and no one had any trouble sleeping. 'Place was very acceptable. Here are some suggestions for consideration. There were no face tissue in unit, refrigerator noisy for those sleeping on pull out couch, need to ask on reservations about ADA considerations, need hold bar in shower and parking very difficult! Thank you'

'My husband and I stayed here with our son (who goes to Cal Poly) just before he moved into his house. The space was perfect. Loved the big sliding glass doors off the kitchen that opened up to the deck. The location was great. We walked to dinner each night. We had to go back and forth to SLO during our stay and the drive was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.'

'We have been coming to Pismo Beach for over 20 years now and have stayed at a variety of places. By far this has been the best of all of them. Very convenient to everything and the view can not be matched. Everything was provided and was in top notch shape. The team we rented from was available and responded to all of are questions. "Vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg over waar de faciliteiten zijn. Daarnaast een welkomstdrankje en soepje van het huis ontvangen. De kamer was niet schoongemaakt. De hele deur zat onder de koffiespetters en bij de kast zat een grote witte substantie. De douchekop was niet schoongemaakt en de shampoopomp zat los van de inhoud (die was niet vastgedraaid). Daarnaast hoor je veel geluid van buiten in de kamer."
