« Not many people go to OCMD over the winter. My wife and I were looking for a quick and cozy getaway, and this location delivered! The owner's communication was excellent. (I accidentally deleted the original e-mail with check-in information, and they resent it immediately when I asked.) The condo was clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated. I could also see how this condo would be a prime location for a fmaily to vacation in over the summer. »

« This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close. »

« I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything. »

« Room was dated ,Surrounding pool area was a mess TV was miss hung on the fireplace in a very odd position(should not have been there) There was a problem with the hot water to the in room Hot Tub. It only trickled at best it took one hour to fill up to 6 inches Big shower but no shower hooks anywhere for a towel or robe, Bathroom vanity was exceptionally small not really suitable for a woman and her stuff Sorry expected more! »

« This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...
