With access to top-tier amenities including pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and championship golf, you’ll have everything you need for a well-rounded vacation just minutes from Bethany Beach.

The sleeping accommodations include a king in the primary suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and two double beds in the third bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. The home features a screened porch and patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, toaster oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer for your convenience. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with four TVs offering both cable and streaming services, along with high-speed WiFi and a collection of board games.

Outdoor features include a gas grill and comfortable seating on the screened porch and patio. Parking is available for two or more vehicles.

This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog up to 75 pounds, with additional pet fees. Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $180. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. Flex bookings are available with a 3-night minimum, and winter rentals are offered at $2200/month inclusive. Additional fees and taxes may apply. A recreation fee of $55 per person is required for amenity access and is payable directly to the community.

Bear Trap Dunes offers 27 holes of championship golf, a clubhouse with restaurant, indoor lap pool, outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a seasonal beach shuttle (runs at the community’s discretion). Located near shopping, dining, and area attractions, this villa provides the perfect blend of convenience and resort comfort.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.
