The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath Bethany Bay condo looks out over open water, marsh grasses and boat docks. Light floods in through large windows and sliding doors, and the coastal decor, tile floors and ceiling fans keep things breezy and easy to care for after a day at the beach.

The living room is built for relaxing together, with comfy sofas, a fireplace, a TV and DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the covered balcony. Out there you will find seating with a clear view of the water, the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. A laptop-friendly workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to check in on work if you need to.

The sunny yellow kitchen comes stocked with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, plus cookware, baking sheets, dishes and wine glasses. A pass-through counter keeps the cook connected to the living room, and the bright dining nook, framed by two big windows, seats the whole group for family meals.

Free parking is available on the premises. Pool passes are provided for the Bethany Bay community pool. Fitness center access is not included.

The Neighborhood:
Bethany Bay is a quiet community in Ocean View, Delaware, surrounded by ponds, marshland and bay views. It is a short drive to the sand and boardwalk at Bethany Beach, and close to shopping, dining, museums and scenic cycling routes. Catch-and-release fishing is allowed at the community's Entrance (Sailboat) Pond.

Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore the area. Free parking is available on the premises, and Bethany Beach, local restaurants and grocery stores are a short drive away. Biking is also a popular way to get around.

Other Things to Note:
- There is no elevator in the building.
- Pool passes are provided with the unit. Any pool card missing after your stay will result in a $100 charge per missing pass.
- Fishing or crabbing on any storm retention pond at Bethany Bay is prohibited, and guests may not enter the pond buffers. Fishing is allowed at the Entrance (Sailboat) Pond only and is catch and release.
- Guests may bring a kayak or canoe, but there is no guest storage for them and no guest key for the chain at the boat ramp. Boats, campers and trailers are not allowed on the property.
- There is no fitness center access.
- Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
