With 3 master suites (king beds), plus four doubles and one queen, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Each bedroom features high-end mattresses for a great night’s sleep.

The fully equipped modern kitchen includes granite countertops, a large refrigerator/freezer, and every appliance and utensil you’ll need to cook for a crowd. Enjoy cocktails at the wet bar with its own sink, drink fridge, and separate ice maker. The oversized island seats six, while the dining table seats ten, and the outdoor deck table seats six more — plenty of space for shared meals and memories.

Your backyard retreat features a 12’ x 24’ private pool (up to 5 feet deep), surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and stamped concrete decking. Fire up the new Weber grill and enjoy poolside meals with the convenience of a second refrigerator and freezer nearby for drinks, groceries, and ice. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wagon and boogie boards are included for guest use.

Pool heating is available upon request for $80–$90 per day (rate varies by season).
