Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

My girls and I stayed here this past weekend. The room was beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean. We had a terrible time getting into the room with the electronic door lock ! I have never encountered such a complicated lock before, input the code turn handle and lock turns and turns. It took many tries to get the lock to open and found out the next day from the property management you have to push a button at the top wait for it to flash green input the code and turn and open. I can tell you it still wasn’t that simple and we struggled with it all weekend. Fridge door broken, chain broken on storm door all minor things, the second night and the ringing electrical buzzing noise we heard through out the room was terrible. I was told to call the property manager and it was very early in the morning; but offered no help, and in fact the next day I was told he was very annoyed with me lol I was instructed to call him and I was pretty frustrated paying a pretty penny not being able to sleep and the issue being brushed off. It sounded like electrical feedback from something and they blamed it on either the wind or the air conditioning unit. Hopefully they fix it for the next person !

Home away from home

I loved this condo. Great location with lots of space and of course a great oceanfront view. Balconies are my thing, and this one was great. Loved having a good washer/dryer as well as a spacious walk-in shower and bigger bathroom. The building was secure and safe with an indoor pool and ample parking. Also, there are outdoor lockers for all your beach supplies. I’d definitely stay again! :-)

Nice place. Pros: 1. Very convenient to restaurants, church, shopping. 2. Very pleasant staff. 3. Nice indoor pool Cons: 1. Very noisy AC 2. No blinds in living room area made for a very bright morning. Bedroom did have blinds thank goodness!

Wonderful Stay - Great Property

We had a wonderful stay at English Towers. We read reviews that conveyed the property manager was "rude" but all we saw was a guy who runs a well-oiled machine. The location is great. The pool was awesome for the kids. The room was new and clean. So we had a really great time. Our only two suggestions are: 1) perhaps to upgrade window treaments (esp. the sliding door to the balcony), and 2) perhaps a few more kitchen items - good knives - so that renters can prepare meals. Other than that, fantastic place!!
