We are conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City directly across from the Convention Center. This is the ideal condo for making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

We are in the heart of Ocean City and very close to many great restaurants, shops and activities. Walk to Seacrets, 45th St Taphouse, Dumser's Dairyland, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Shotti's Point, Barn 34, K-Coast Surf Shop, The Dough Roller, Belly Busters, and many more.

2) This is a 2nd floor walk-up (no elevator) with 1 parking space. Additional public non-metered parking is available in front of the building
3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per the condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please be considerate of our neighbors
6) We do not supply beach chairs; please bring them with you
7) This is not just a rental, this is our 2nd home, please treat it with respect
