The Space:
The rate is based on double occupancy. An extra fee applies for extra guests up to 11 people(max occupancy), including children and infants. All guests must be added to your reservation for your entire stay. We have found that any extra person adds additional wear on the space and other costs.
This home shares a property with two other units, but essentially the only shared amenities are the driveway and parking area
We provide starter coffee and tea supplies for your stay.

Hot tub is private for your use but can be seen from the lower part of the driveway

Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every on the property (including children and infants*) at any time must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 11.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property.
*Please note based on your parties size certain rooms will be locked up and inaccessible.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instants of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the National Park.

The Neighborhood:
In town you will find many restaurants, two supermarkets, a movie theater, shops and gas stations.

Getting Around:
While most people will want a car, it would be possible to take the YARTS bus and walk from the stop near the Starbucks. This would be a bit of a walk but very possible (about 1 mile).

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Pack-n-Play must be requested in advance

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We also do have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc.) that may be outside on the property during daytime hours from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expense. The housekeeping company charges $50 on checkouts on any of the previously mentioned holidays

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get National Park reservations or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fees to ship an item start at $50 and goes up depending on shipping cost.

Interaction with Guests:
We live nearby and are always quick to respond via the AirBNB app/texting. At times we may be nearby to show you around.
