'Great communication from the minute that I booked the hideaway. The property is adorable. A private courtyard with a fountain leads into the cutest studio with beautiful architecture. We would come again! Within 5 minutes of two beaches & 10 to Stearns Wharf. '

'We stayed 3 nights to visit family for an 80th birthday! This rental was perfect! Gives you beach vibes- Beautiful and very clean and organized. Quiet neighborhood and beach is literally 4/5 houses down! The Oxnard area gave me a feeling of laid back friendly welcoming neighbors. The owner's were easy to contact and responsive. '

'The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. '

'This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. 'The house was very welcoming and I couldn't believe the wonderful details like water on the night stands, bathrooms were stocked with extras qtips, hair dryer etc. The kitchen was amazing, had everything we needed. I've never stayed in one that actually had spices and olive oil etc. Amazing.Clean, organized, and a 5 Star hotel couldn't beat it.'

'We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!'

'Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough...

'We had such a wonderful stay! This home is so cozy and welcoming. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our activities in Santa Barbara and Summerland. The porch swing is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning.'

'Amazing property location, even for it being a 2 unit house. It was nice to have 2 fridges, coffee makers, twice as many dishes and cookware, many bathrooms to choose from, washer and dryer easily accessible in both units, etc etc. Really nice to have the downstairs unit because was perfect to separate the kids so they can sleep. "Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "

"Goed hotel met prima service en goed ontbijt. Enkel is het redelijk gehorig. Zeker wanneer je aan de snelweg kant een kaner hebt. Het ontbijt was heel goed met uitstekende service. Het bed was comfortabel en groot en de kamer was schoon. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de haven wat handig is wanneer je naar de channel islands wil gaan. "
