'Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!'

'This place is a gem! We stayed 3 nights in a condo recently. It's the perfect walkable location to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable! It was exactly what we needed. We can't wait to visit again!'

'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated. Breakfast is at The Mermaid Cafe, 2 door down from the hotel, and it can get very busy there later in the morning. Come early if you want a guaranteed table. Coffee and tea...

'The room was wonderful. It was spacious and clean. The door opened to a large public sun bathing area that had a spectacular view of the ocean with tables. The pool has a ramp that made it very convenient to bring our gear down. The pool has a spectacular ocean view with easy beach access right from the pool. Great place to stay with restaurants nearby. Loved and going back. '

'Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!'
