'Dated and some small cleaning gripes but did the trick for a short stay splitting up a long drive'

I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad.
