Het was mijn 2de keer in dit hotel en alles beviel prima. Echter het inchecken ging nogal aan de trage kant. Vanaf 15h krijg je zogezegd je kamer, maar dit heeft nu geduurd tot 16h30, en ik was niet de enige. Ik denk dat er daar iets verkeerd liep. Desondanks was het personeel altijd super vriendelijk. 'I was so grateful that the lovely young woman at the front desk was available to help me get checked in. Vacation for me is about putting my cell phone away and not being connected 24 seven to my devices. This hotel’s model insists that guests be continuously checking email and texts. Otherwise you can’t function, But I did get assistance as I said from IN-person staff who were on site when I arrived—that was much appreciated.'

'De appartementen liggen in de mooiste straat van oud Montréal en zijn erg ruim, met veel faciliteiten op de kamer. Er is geen lift, maar dat maakte ons niet uit. De service van het personeel uit de Auberge du Vieux Port is uitmuntend. Vriendelijk en gastvrij.'

'Room was really nice. Well equipped kitchen. Good location, French grocery store around the corner was great for picking up fresh breakfast supplies each morning. Location was good, a few minutes walk from old town, but away from the noise. Only negative for me was the room was keypad entry... Just had to find the code I had written down every time we needed to get in.'
