'Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...

'No signage. Had to call to figure out how to get in. Could have been cleaner.'

'Werkelijk een zeer verrassend hotel. Qua inrichting en zeker qua service. Kamers zijn ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en voorkomend. Valetparking lijkt wat overdreven maar maak hier zeker gebruik van. Niet alleen is het parkeren in Montreal duur maar ook bijna onmogelijk. Met valetparking is dit opgelost. Mochten we in de buurt zijn gaan we zeker terug.'

'Wat dateerde vloerbedekking. Maar ruime nette kamers op loopafstand van centrum en eigenlijk ook het station.'

'Very nice, clean studio space in a perfect location. The only consideration is that there isn't a closet for clothing/luggage but everything else was great!'

'Great location in the middle of the Latin Quarter, with restaurants aplenty and lots of liveliness, but a peaceful night's sleep at the back of the building. Easy walk into the Old Town too.'

'the whole flat smell weird..moldy kind of smell.. windows are broken.. dirty comforter… poor ventilation… would not recommend'

'Large, comfort room with good a/c. Very close to the river and lots of attractions. The key-less check-in seemed odd but was actually very easy and convenient.'

'Location is key and probably why it was more expensive than staying in a hotel but so convenient to be able to just walk out the door and be in the heart of old Montreal.'
