'Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend this property. The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. 'Fabulous offering for this price level. Large suite-like rooms with full kitchenette and large bed and bathrooms. Lovely pool with outside terrace, great for hot summer days; large and useful laundry room too. Location can't be beaten, 5-10 minutes walk from Gare Central (train and metro). The one big minus, costing them a full star in the rating, is the breakfast. Included in the rate is no excuse for them of delivering a continental-minus level. Having the in suite dishwasher and laundry was such a bonus as we were able to do laundry and dishes with ease while navigating a new city. 'I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The apartment was infested with bed bugs and management was unresponsive and irresponsible. Check in time was supposed to be at 4pm but when we arrived at 6pm, the apartment was not cleaned when we checked in.
