This deluxe condo is in Nuevo Vallarta. Just 15 minutes north from the Puerto Vallarta airport. Condo "Nitta" is a unique boutique condo complex that offers 5 Star quality, rooftop common area, games room, gym, large swimming pool; all with full ocean & sunset views!!! This condo has the best views of all, with panoramic views to see every sunset no matter what time of year



Nitta 404 features:



 2 Master bedrooms with brand new king-size beds, 2 full bathrooms, living room, king- size pull out couch in the living room, dining room and kitchen all with beautiful marble floors plus washer/dryer and so much more!



 All furnishings, appliances, 55” Samsung television Samrt TV to use your own streaming Apps just like home, artwork and amenities are brand new in November of 2021. The terrace provides a new dining set, two lounge chairs and a new Weber propane BBQ.  



 For beach lovers, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards available for use. Internet is provided. You will begin to feel that you have indeed chosen a unique and beautiful condo unit for your vacation as you approach the front door. As you enter the condo, you will be immediately struck by the brand-new furnishings and original artwork. As you walk down the hall you will be greeted by an open concept living area. Finally, from the expansive terrace with dipping pool, your view will open to the picturesque vista of the beach surrounded by mountains, and you will know that you have arrived! 





This condominium complex is custom designed and has only 51 condo and penthouse units; each with beautifully designed interiors and quality finishing. One of the best beaches in the Puerto Vallarta area is literally a two minute walk from the lobby. The building is a private gated complex with 24 hour security, located in Nuevo Vallarta. This Condo complex located at Paseo de los Cocoteros 111 is a thirty minute walk from Paradise Village Hotel and 5 minutes from the Marival hotel complex. There is local shopping, groceries, restaurants, Hospital and churches - something for everybody. For the adventurous type, Vallarta Adventures offers many tours and shows and operates in the neighborhood right out of the marina. Golfers can enjoy a round of golf at the Flamingos course or El Tigre championship 18 hole course. Or for beach lovers, step out to the most beautiful beach in Banderas Bay where you can walk for over 2 hours on the beach all the way north to Bucerías!! Just put on your bathing suit and sunscreen. Hidden Gem in PV!

INCREDIBLE condo with the most stunning views and sunsets from every window, hallway and balcony (pictures DO NOT do it justice)!! The entire process from start to finish was smooth and quick responses from the host. The airport is small, safe and very easy to navigate and its only a 15 minute uber ride to the condo (roughly $15 CAN). The condo is on a quiet street and has 24 hour security guards (all the staff are friendly). The owners have put in some serious care in the way they have decorated. Everything is brand new, brightly coloured and STUNNING. Comfy beds and very clean sheets – the whole place was spotless. Loved that we could walk 30 seconds from the pool and be right on the beach. The owners let you use their boogie boards and beach chairs, which we used everyday. Almost don’t even need to leave the condo with the balcony and dipping pool right outside the kitchen. Grocery stores, shopping mall and restaurants are within 20 minutes walking distance (Paradise Village) and all the food we had was delicious and VERY INEXPENSIVE (so much guac and pico de gallo!!). Only negative thing was a minor sunburn 😊 Definitely going back!!

Beautiful vacation destination

I can’t say enough about this place. It is so beautiful and relaxing. Loved the aesthetic inside. We created a nickname for it. We called it the oasis. The rooms were clean and the view was magnificent. Sitting out in the wading pool in the evenings was one of our highlights. The view of the sunset every night was simply incredible. Waking up and cooking breakfast in our little oasis made for a cozy feeling. The short walk to the beach was enjoyable and coming back for a dip in the pool was invigorating. The building is clean and quiet. Lots of friendly people on the beach and in the area. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the spot. I will be returning in the new year. We might make this an annual trip. Thank you.

Such a fabulous stay. Enjoyed the evenings on the deck looking out at the sunset. Even our own dipping pool! The unit is clean, beautifully decorated and had all we needed. We are hoping to come back next year.
