« Perfect location for walking and lots of activity. The room was very limited on its supplies. 2 forks for 4 people, 1 roll of Toilet paper per bathroom, no dish towels or dish cloths. No pool towels or facecloths. Staff was very nice and welcoming. You are unable to use the front entrance after 6pm so you have to go thru the garage but it is monitored by a staff member. Gym equipment and sauna do not work and pool is not in direct sunlight but was nicely heated. »

« The property was as advertised could have been a little bit cleaner as it was a rush clean job no doubt. The only other small issue was it needs a coffee maker, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The on site property managers Moises and Daniel were beyond excellent making sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The property manager was responsive and attentive all in all we would stay there again in the future. »

« This apartment was reasonably priced and close to amenities. Scotia Bank is next door, 2 small vegetable outlets across the street, a mall (and grocery store) a block away, and the MAZATLAN sign a 20-minute walk. A/C, water pressure, and hot water were good. My stay was not without issues, but Gpsrentas was excellent in dealing with them. I was compensated, so it would be unfair for me to mention those issues here. « The management company for the unit was amazing. If I had a rental unit in mazatlan, I would hire them absolutely. Amazing people. Prompt service even after hours. They help me Resolve internet challenges, a refrigerator, and a microwave all in short order. Amazing amazing people. The only issue is the lighting in the room was minimal because the patio window, patio door is very narrow and the unit is very small it might be 200 ft total.
