'The staff is AMAZING! I believe her name was Chris checked us in early after driving a very long distance. She and Jen had excellent customer service. They made my family fewl welcomed and were ready with polite conversation. The pool was clean and tidy. The breakfast was hot and ready.The only thing I could complain about would be the beds are very hard. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. We will book here again whem in Columbia Falls, Montana. '

'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It...

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '
