'My room is covered in carpet stains, mold, and rust. The mold is all over the bath ceilings & walls. The rust is covering the inside and outside of the bathroom door and also on the metal lamps in tbe room. There is rust inside the microwave and inside of the refrigerator freezer.My tub faucet spins backwards theres no drain plug for a bath. The pool has been down for what looks like months. The elevators are down. The offer to exchange to a smaller room with a couch and a bed upstairs. '
