'Initial communication was prompt with host after asking enroute about check in instructions … we’re not sent prior. Access device was DOA so had to wait around a while to access parking garage. Elevator is on opposite side of building so be prepared to use stairs (4th floor) Coffee maker was disgusting & found laundry left in dryer unfinished.
