'Met a few other families for our time in Chicago, would not say this was good for having smaller children. Nice property, had good pools and grounds, but, would not allow food not purchased at the hotel outside or at the pool…and if you have small kids and picky eaters this was not good. We had a day we hung around with the other families and wanted to have pizza in a common area but were told we could not, so ended up cramped in one families room'

'The food at Buckets was bad! The fries were constantly cold and hard and not fresh! The burger was cold! All the food tasted old and was expensive! The drinking system is such a scam! You can barely fill your cup! It's so many people in the pools the water looks yucky I didn't even want to go in! Our room was very clean but the bunk beds makes noise every time our kids moved! We had to ask for more towels and wash clothes our second night because we ran out and for toilet paper. They literally...

'I was looking forward to staying at this hotel, the description and amenities sound fab, but once there, I didn't get the same feel. Vintage vibe in decor, that was cool, but it was just a little dirty. My room only had one towel, I did ask the front desk, and they didn't have any, and house keeping doesn't get in till 7:30 am. The elevators have spilled food/beverages on the walls and carpeting that really needed to be wiped up. The front of the property had beer cans on the ground outside the...
