'My family had a wonderful stay in Portage Lake. This home was right on the lake with wonderful amenities such as a fire pit, corn hole, hammocks, and a gas grill! Plenty of seating for guests to relax and enjoy. Inside was very clean and decorated beautifally with a lake house theme. Matt, our host, made check in seamless.We are ready to book again for next year!!'

'It fit our needs very well. It had all the amenities we needed. It would be helpful if there was a grab bar beside the tub to help older folks to get in and out. Also we noticed when we were packing to leave that on the front corner of the house the gutter has separated from the downspout. Thank you for a relaxing place to stay while we were "home".'

'The check in process was easy as pie. Michelle even left the outside light on for us since we were arriving late . The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.'

'The house was spacious, beautiful, and clean. It came stocked with all the necessities. We had 10 people in the house and it was very comfortable for everyone. The fact that every bedroom has its own private bathroom was huge. Customer service was impeccable. Joel was extremely nice. He provided us with information about the area and was always willing to help. Every time he saw us out and about, he offered to help us with whatever task we were trying to accomplish. 'This was our second stay at this house, and it was just as cozy and perfect as we remembered. The location is so convenient to everything in Fort Kent, and the house is beautifully set up with everything you could need right at your fingertips. The bedrooms are comfy, the dining area is great for meals or game night, and the back room doubles as a chill TV room or working office space. Such a great spot — sad to leave, but we'll definitely be back again!'

'We were in northern Maine for a friends memorial service and this house on the lake was the perfect choice for us. Check in communication and entry was easy, the house was clean and seems brand new. Wifi worked fine. The finishes and furnishings were first class, bathrooms clean and large, bedrooms/linens top notch. We had some friends over and the outdoor tables and chairs and grill were perfect for an outdoor lake day. Watch the sunset and listen to the loons from the dock. Highly recommend. '
