'Great hotel and very professional personnel'

'Room was clean..staff was friendly...breakfast was good.... But room not quite..heard tv and guests talking next door at 11pm at night. Also..loud trucks most of the night and early morning as one side of hotel boarders an off ramp from the highway..ask for rooms away from ramp.'

'Heerlijk hotel.'

'Very clean comfortable bed good breakfast'

'Majority of the staff was nice, pleasant , and helpful. But some did not know how to talk to customers/tenants. My boyfriend and I are currently waiting for our place to be ready to move in so we have stayed for bout a week or so and then when we went to pay for another night, the girl at the desk said, we had too much traffic and she didn't like that and she would not rent us another day/night. And this was right before 10pm. She/they could have told us HOURS before that we would need to find...

'We had an amazing stay and will be back! The rooms were clean and comfy and staff were very helpful.'

'Check In staff needs some training in being customer friendly. The lady could not deal with us (after a long drive). I asked to lower the credit card deposit (USD 150) as this blocking would reduce may CC-usage. De-blocking takes often more than a week! Reaction was unfriendly.'
