You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. « The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! « This was our 2nd visit to this property. Great accommodations for a group. Clean, well maintained. Close trail access. Nearby food, gas, groceries. 2 garages for sxs/atv storage. Plenty of parking. Large yard where our kids played. We would stay here again when visiting the southern HMT. »

« Communication with Sarah was great, she was on top of everything and quick to answer questions. This is a great spot for riders to hang out after a long day on the trails. Quiet neighborhood, didn’t meet any of the neighbors. The town of Mullens was great, all the businesses were welcoming and the people were very nice! »
