Flats in Northern Tasmania

'I loved staying here, it was perfect for me. I jad a single room with shared bathroom but I never had to wait for a bathroom. There was no rv in my room butbthey have a large guest lounge with sofas, a tv and even a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs which did not cause any noise but certainly was handy for dinner!'

'Staff at front desk is very friendly. They have small cadbury chocs at front desk. Yummy. We got upgraded to a cottage and its nice. Facing the ocean view. They have stove and microwave, plates and bowls etc. Bed is in another room and they provides electric warmer on the bed as there is no heater in the room. The only heat air coming out is in the living room area and the cottage is high so the heat is unable to go through the whole area. You will feel quite cold in the cottage itself as...

'We really loved the stay in Highlander Cottages. There are more cottages at this site, but it felt like we were staying alone in the forest. Although wooden constructions the quality was high, a kitchen block, small living room, dining table, comfortable beds fireplace and modern bath room. We would definitely return. '

'The property was lovely, however, and this is not a criticism of the hotel or the staff, but be aware with wooden floors, guests coming back after midnight can be heard coming in and walking around. They provided me with the soy milk for my coffee that I had requested, and Pia, the hotel staff member could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Plenty of parking, warm and comfortable room. It is a good walking distance down to the main shopping areas, but that only helps build up an appetite...

'Relaxte sfeer, beneden een soort eetcafe, met goed eten, muziek , en verschillende soorten bier van de tap. Goed om nog even te werken in een ontspannen sfeer. De kamer was resent nog opgeknapt en was erg goed. Minpunt is het eenvoudige ontbijt wat de avond ervoor bezorgt wordt. De gelegenheid is er om hiervoor iets meer te regelen in de eetgelegenheid. Wie van speelautomaten houd kan hier vooruit. Receptie is wat klungelig en onprofessioneel, maar ze doen goed de best.'
