'Spacious room and bathroom, nicely clean and seemingly freshly renovated. Unfortunately the "queen size bed" was a double, and just like the bed, the bathroom seemed to be designed for small people.
It's astonishing that in this day and age companies still use fixed showerheads at 6” or even less (I'm 6”7, 2 meter). Also, the sink was quite low and small... The provided kettle doesn't even fit under the tap, we had to use the shower to fill it.'

'We really loved the stay in Highlander Cottages. There are more cottages at this site, but it felt like we were staying alone in the forest. Although wooden constructions the quality was high, a kitchen block, small living room, dining table, comfortable beds fireplace and modern bath room. We would definitely return. '

'What a glorious spot amongst the vines, comfortable well equipped dome, shame the weather didn’t play along so we could use the outdoor fire. The included wine tasting is one of the best we have done, the wines are beautiful and it’s an unpretentious setting. recommend booking the food hamper. What a great idea to give a voucher to use towards the cost of breakfast at local cafes, we visited the Cabin in Exeter and in Moon Lilly in Beaconsfield, both lovely. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay....

'Our stay at Hawley House was one of the most superb we can remember anywhere. Sophie was very welcoming and obliging - an all-round excellent hostess. Quality accommodation in well-cared-for but still very warm and homely environment. Fantastic views and easy access to both bush and beach make Hawley House very hard to beat. Hope to stay again in future, and for a longer period next time.'

'Contactless check-in went smoothly. Another guest that arrived at the same time had an issue and there was a phone at the center point that got the gentleman immediately in contact with the right person and his problem was immediately resolved. We were both impressed! My room was very clean with a full kitchen, had a lovely harbor view with an outside seating area, and the most cozy, comfortable bed of my whole trip! The mattress was fantastic and the bed warmer was awesome! Thank you!

'Dit is een keurig hotel, geheel opgetrokken uit hout, met zicht op een lagune. Het hotel heeft een goede keuken en ook in de omgeving zijn enkele goede restaurants. De omgeving biedt niet erg veel mogelijkheden voor vertier.'
