'We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival which was lovely. The downstairs rooms have a back door that leads to the gorgeous pool area. The room was clean and comfortabel and the staff was lovely and accommodating. And breakfast was great: there are various options to choose from, cooked or not. We only walked around a little, the center isn't very big, but we walked to the beach (approx. 15 minute walk) and it was beautiful there'
'Room was poorly insulated sound and temperature wise and musty. Staff were friendly however and responded to issues where they could. Motel seems to have a lot of long term residents rather than short term guests.'
'Room was bigger then expected, very tidy and decent sized balcony. Unfortunate that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast/brunch options and theres no real close by coffee/ cafes however there was a coffee machine in the room
The in hotel restaurant doesnt open until 5.30 making room service options limited

'We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival.
After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room. Inside the room, the dishwasher was running with nothing in it, no portacot and a cherry picker looking directly into our bedroom.
We rang reception to bring the portacot so our daughter could have her nap, however this took close to an...

It was a 4 person unit but there were only 3 cups.
The unit was clean conveniently located,spacious and functional.
I would recommend it to anyone.'
