'When I arrived, the staff greeted me and made sure I felt welcome at the property. I needed to do some business work and I was able to use the business area for making copies to present at my meeting the next day. At no extra charge! That was amazing. The desk attendant, Chevelle, helped me with copy paper and toner on multiple occasions. I was able to shop for office supplies close by and there were plenty of places to eat close by too. I will recommend anyone to stay there!'

'We stayed overnight and was the best sleep I've had in a while. Very comfortable and property is very beautiful. Convenient walk to restaurants and shops. Stay away from Half Baked Goods behind the hotel if you want to stay fit. They were too good for words. Thanks All!'

'Room was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility wasn’t prepared for breakfast. Ran out of tableware, plates, glasses, and had to substitute some preprepared food items for their regular fare. '

'The hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Parking is a bit odd, its across the street. They even have a spa for pedicures, manicures, and massages. If you are visiting the property, book those in advance.'

'I stayed one night with my wife in order to celebrate our anniversary. Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. This hotel is quite literally flawless. The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch. There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA.'

'The fourth floor had a loud throbbing buzzing noise. The hotel cheerfully moved me to the third floor which is extremely quiet and peaceful. They are working on getting my aviators jacket to me I left by accident. '
