Chalets in Northeast Ohio

'Wonderful hotel and restaurant staff, indoor pool very nice. dog friendly wing. Older building probably needs some updates. no elevators. All staff were nice. Cindy, Linda, Heidi and Melissa and Mimi were exceptional. so were Ben and Ally in the Tavern. nice that water and coffee were in the lobby each morning.'

'Excellent hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful upscale apartment- like hotel. Inviting bright styling of decor of rooms. Smelled clean everywhere. Upscale ingredients at the continental breakfast. Nice looking indoor pool. Grill outside with nice patio furniture and firepit. I didn't see vending or ice machine but they have a mini convenient store in the hotel lobby. Would most definately stay again!'

'I loved having a kitchen in the room, with a full sized fridge & a stove top! The beds were comfortable, our suite was spacious with 2 beds & a couch, my children LOVED the pool. The hotel was very clean & the breakfast was AMAZING!!! They had such a variety of foods, from waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes etc! My family and I will definitely be back!!!'
