'I stayed 3 nights and everything was great! The free breakfasts and suppers were always plentiful and there was always staff cleaning the area. I even saw the assistant manager cleaning the hot bar. My room was nice, no smells. They also have free fresh popped popcorn in the lobby every evening. There is nothing else I could have asked for!'

'The hotel was pet friendly and we were charged $40 for 17 lb dog. When we got to our room there was a very strong dog urine smell, and there were stains on the carpet. The front desk told us that we had been reassigned to the “dog” room. We were concerned because they told us there was $150 deposit in case the room was excessively dirty when we left. This room was already excessively dirty and we did not want to get blamed for that room condition nor did we want to stay in a dirty room. The...
