'The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!'

'My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for going to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host has put thought into all the little things that make a great stay. Parking was easy and was very close to places to eat and things to do. Our two night stay made it easy. The neighbor is quiet and we felt very safe. Not being "city people" this was important to us. This will be our go to stay for Indianapolis!'

'Place was clean. Just dated. It did have everything we would need for our stay. Over was easy to get to and from downtown. Many locals discouraged walking anywhere in the area. '

'Great little place! It was slightly difficult to get to the correct unit with the directions. However, the host did a great job on communicating and helping get to the correct location! We found the gated community was extremely clean but had a lot of college kids that liked to show off their music selection. My kids loved the pool and we slept great! Still a great little spot in Indianapolis!'

'Apartment was wonderful! Convenient to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium. We were easily able to walk to both venues. We enjoyed the beautiful renovations and appreciated the fantastic communication from the host. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The space was perfect for our family of four. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. This worked out so well! The parking was a nice bonus and the instructions with pictures were super helpful during the check-in process. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication from the owner was top notch!'
