'The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. The number code didn’t work because they don’t tell you about...

'It does take quite awhile to be approved for early check in— I’m talking the day before you check in. Which was stressful on my end because we were going for an event in Indy and needed to get ready. Other than that, everything was excellent:)'
