'The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful as well as the effort put into the romance package. The sunscreen dispensers in the room and around the property were an awesome little gem. Will certainly be staying here again when we come back to St Augustine!'

'The room, stairs and balcony needs cleaning and repairs. Needs to have more linens and items for bathroom easily available. The pool immediately in area had algae growing and was dirty.'

'The hotel is charming, but the location could be better. Unfortunately, the staff experience was disappointing. Breakfast service was especially frustrating — although the restaurant opens at 8:30 AM, food service did not actually begin until around 9:20 AM, which is far too late for guests with morning plans.'
