'Excellent guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared, the staff helped us plan our day in Conwy better. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Will definitely recommend and stay again.'

'Delightful stay at Victoria House. Jan, the owner, was extremely hospitable, giving us plenty of helpful information about the area, alternative parking places when not being able to park outside the property and how everything worked at Victoria House. Back of property attached to city wall and view of Menai Strait. Fresh milk, snacks, fridge and microwave in room, with lovely Port Merion crockery. Large lounge and dining area for guests downstairs with invitation to bring food or take aways...

'This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...
