'Echt een leuke accommodatie die er goed en gezellig uitziet. Zelf inchecken met code maar we waren vroeg en ze waren nog volop bezig met de schoonmaak. Vriendelijke dames. Leuk gelegen in een klein dorpje vlakbij Pikes Peak en de Garden of Gods. Geen ontbijt maar wel een koelkast. Het enige wat voor ons tegenviel was de grootte van het bed. Die was echt te klein voor ons. Wij zijn wat langer en hebben dus 2 nachten echt oncomfortabel geslapen. Als het bed groter geweest zou zijn dan hadden we...

'The rooms are very basic but they are clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast was simple. Just packaged danish items and bagels. The location was awesome. 10 min drive to pikes peak railroad in one direction and less than a 10 minute drive to garden of the gods in the other direction. We loved all of the little shops in manitou springs that were all walking distance. The hotels location was awesome!'

'If you are looking for a quiet retreat, this is the ideal place. The property looked like an extension of the Garden of Gods with the tall red rocks surrounding the property. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very welcoming. It will not be perfect for everyone as there’s no TV, no elevator, and their bathroom is not the best. Despite this, we love the place and look forward to staying again in the near future. '

'Our stay was very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Laura and her team cook breakfast live in the kitchen every day. We had to leave early both days before breakfast time and Laura cooked breakfast for us 6 in the morning and even packed an extra breakfast sandwich for us to have on the way. Amazing people and nice homely environment.'

'Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. '

'Stayed here many times .. nice remodel .. we loved our room and the price couldn’t be beat !!! Excellent seating area outside to hang with our friends that drove seperatly .. didn’t have to hang in anyone’s room … police and fire station next door so our vintage cars were secure and we had no worries!! We will be back many more times !!! '

'My room was clean. The lady who checked me in after my flight was delayed several hours was very nice and professional. The property was quiet at night. I did not see any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. The property is basic with no frills and inexpensive. '

'Zeer gehorige accomodaties, de airco’s van de buren houden je ganse nachten wakker. De parkeerruimte voor de kamers is niet toereikend als er een paar buren met oversized vehicles aankomen. Zij moesten in feite op een andere parking gaan staan, maar blijkbaar kunnen deze mensen niet goed lezen. Jammer dat we door regenweer geen gebruik konden maken van het zwembad, want het zag er wel leuk uit. '

'The hotel was very well located. You could walk to the departure station of the free shuttle to the Manitou Incline and the Pikes Peak terminal. It was also very quiet so I slept very well. The room had everything you needed. The continental breakfast was pretty ok, with boiled eggs and a waffle maker.'
