« Showed up and entered my room only to find out that the room is not clean.. missing comforter, dirty floor, no towels at all, dirty restroom ( I even offered to clean it with their cleaning supplies) front desk said give me 10 minutes and I’ll send someone up there to check it out… 30 minutes later, I was on a time crunch mind you.. staff shoved a queen size comforter to me while I have a king bed.. I had to remind them that I have no towels and a dirty bathroom.. 10 minutes later they came back...

« The floor in the room wasn't clean. The dresser drawers were partly usable. The bottom drawer bottom was completely gone. Air conditioning was fine. The bed was ok. The second night is when I saw the bugs and flies.The TV was hard to figure out so I didn't watch anything. The refrigerator freezer was full of ice which really needed cleaning. This is the first place where I had to stand outside of the office area to check in. One tiny opening in the wall to speak to the attendant. I tolerated...
