'The carpet was dirty. When we asked to change rooms and pay for an upgrade, the receptionist refused. He said all the rooms had similar carpet stains.'

'Airport shuttle was seamless and breakfast was fresh and tasty'

'Heated pool was very cold but my kids didn’t care. Room was dated and there were a couple small dead bugs in the shower. Nothing major but didn’t feel super clean. Shuttle was okay, though directions where pickup was at the airport was confusing. Left before breakfast but they did give us a couple things to snack on for our early morning flight. I’d stay here again for the price and convenience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.'

'We booked this hotel because it had great reviews, but it was far from nice. The room was disgusting and the floors turned out socks black. There were also a lot of weird smells. The staff was nice, but this is not a 4 or even 3 star hotel.'
