This is a stunning 4bd/3ba condo on the 13th floor with incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean! This unit is beautifully furnished and has 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen & 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, 2 twins in the 4th bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 11.

The North Tower of Barefoot Resort is located at 4801 Harbour Pointe Drive in North Myrtle Beach. This is an absolutely stunning LUXURY condo 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the 13th floor with incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean! Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, flat screen TV’s in the living room and all 4 bedrooms, upscale decor and furnishings. The balcony overlooks the marina & yacht club and is a great place to sit and enjoy the passing boats as they sail down the Intracoastal Waterway.

Enjoy the Yacht Club Marina with outside fireside dining. This resort has huge pool with a covered hot tub and is located right behind Barefoot Landing which has tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Excellent stay. Perfect location, easy access to desired locations. Beautiful view. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable. King beds and queen bed were so comfortable. Plenty seating available. Definitely would love to return one day for another stay.

Great Escape to Barefoot Resort

Clean, Spacious, and Spectacular views of the water way in Barefoot Landing area. Our extended family (7 total) stayed in this lovely beach decor condominium. The listing accurately describes the layout and amenities for this rental property. The property was extremely clean and equipped with linens, blankets, and bath towels. The large home had plenty of inside seating and dining areas, the 4 bedrooms had their own tv's, all appliances worked properly and the central air was very cooling. Our family spent a majority of our time on the balcony enjoying the outdoor views of the pool below and the intracoastal waterway. The pool area is massive and we always had access to seating. If you are one to seek shade, the seating near the umbrella's would fill fast so be mindful and bring a hat if sun shy. Windy Hill Beach is a short drive away and you will need a credit or debit card for parking. There is so much to do at Barefoot Landing which hosts an abundance of dining and shopping options. Our family would recommend Taco Mundo and Bully's Pub & Grill. Both of which have outdoor seating. We also enjoyed the marina restaurant in walking distance of the property. Reasonably priced alcohol and food. If you are planning to cook and eat in there is a Food Lion off of the main street hghwy 17 for your shopping convenience. In fact there are may surf/beach shops, mini golf places, dine in restaurants, and fast food stops all along hghwy 17. Don't wait and book now.

Wonderful Stay

This property was clean and had plenty of space! The large, bar area ice maker was helpful, because the one in the fridge had to be defrosted to work. There is a large outdoor balcony but not a ton of seating but definitely adequate seating inside the condo. We could not find a broom, and with all the sand and 8 people, it would be helpful to have one. My only complaint would be that every mattress in the condo is firm. Every one in our group complained about that… but all in all… a beautiful clean condo and we would be happy to stay again!

Excellent property, clean, safe, neat. lot's of things to do. only issue is having to go 15 mins away to check in and the check our process would be good if you didn't have to drive 15 mins out of the way to bring back the pool pass.

Great location for a group of 9

Great location for a golf trip. Lots of great food near the resort along with 4 fantastic golf courses. Only 3 minor complaints with our stay: 1. The sower liner in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. There was a hole in the liner which could lead to mold/water damage. 2. The 4 twin beds were pretty uncomfortable and a minor investment could really improve the experience for those sleep in those beds. 3. Due to the temps, the pool, which was stunning, was not very refreshing. Each time we went to the pool there were comments about how warm the water felt. None of these are dealbreakers and the pool temps we’re probably a matter of the extreme heat during the week of our visit. No doubt we loved 1302 and will try to book upon our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Family vacation

Great place to vacation in North Myrtle. Says daily activities, but we never found any. Pool hours are listed inside the pool, 9-10. We found it to be very quiet and always plenty of space to.swim. often had the pool area to ourselves. The pool is cleaned every morning. Ni beach/pool towels, so bring your own. No laundry soap. 2 complementary packets of dishwasher soap and enough dish soap for 2 washes. Potholders - one small mit and glove, these could have been bigger and had more. Plenty of kitchen dishes - loved the big pans. Plenty of pillows. Lots of chairs. Clean. Price was great for the location and accommodations. We didn't have the code to.get back into the building, but we figured it out. Great view form the 13th floor. Never heard any neighbors.

Great way to end summer

Our rental was great, could’ve been a little cleaner. The floors were a bit dusty and some of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. The bed in the second master could use an upgrade but overall we had a great stay and would rent again!
